Moroccan Broiled Salmon

    I had no idea how this would turn out, with so many spices going on, and some with strong, prominent flavors. This turned out to be a fantastic rub! I had 4 smallish salmon fillets and only used about 1/2 the seasoning, BUT I had skin on the underside of mine so I skipped seasoning that side. So now I have some left over that I plan on trying on chicken, which I think would be good. Used all of the recommended garnishes, including my own addition of a little coconut cream. This was seriously delicious stuff :)
