Recipe by Indicatorsrule1: Noodles With Buttered Crumbs
Butter noodles with crumbled Ritz crackers.
What could be simpler and quicker!
    Sorry, no pic.

It looks nice and simple. That is a lot of butter. Did it seem like you could cut the butter back a bit? Did you use the poppy seed, too? That seems like a different kind of ingredient for pasta.

Poppy seeds are an interesting ingredient. Can't go wrong with butter and noodles though!

I didn't eat any. It was all for mother. The Ritz and seeds gave it some texture.

Made this last night loved the recipe. I used I cannot believe it's not butter and the full 2/3 cup. Did not find that the butter over powered the noodles. Made my own noodles.

I'd like to do more of making my own noodles but I just don't have the work space.

LOL Bakerme 2nd time I tried the recipe but still had them to thick but they were really good.

PSO I just did a small batch at a time and rolled out on my plastic cutting board. That is all the room I needed but I am really starting to think about picking up the pasta machine for my KA so that I can get it thinner.

You're looking at about $400 for the attachment. You're going to have to eat a lot of pasta to make that thing pay for itself.
That'll keep me making them on the counter. The only ones I've made so far was using semolina flour. It's tough working with that flour. Next time I'll use all-purpose flour.

Oh PSO it has been a while since I looked at it but did not think it was that high no it is not worth it at that price.
