    Yet another recipe with too much breading! I had two thighs so I cut the breading in half. There was definitely enough for four thighs and I think my thighs (chicken, that is) were large. Still - I thought it was very tasty. For oven fried chicken - not perfect (to me) but very good. 4.5 stars made 5.
    Yep, I happened to have half and half in the refrigerator. :)

    It does look super crispy! Yes Janet, potato flakes are instant potatoes :) I have actually seen more uses for potato flakes for non potato related recipes than for making potatoes lol!
