Panko-Crusted Pork Chops by Wynnebaere

I tried this recipe for Panko-Crusted Pork Chops by Wynnebaer last night:

    Panko Crusted Pork Chops

They were fantastic. The crusty finish was really tasty and had great texture and it really held the moisture and juiciness in the porkchops. First you cook them on your stove-top 'til golden brown and then finish them off in the oven, finally tenting them with tinfoil for a bit once you pull them out. Really tasty and I'll totally make this again. It actually makes me think of what else I could cook like this. Thanks Wynne!

So happy to hear you enjoyed them, Janet. I've used the same technique on boneless skinless chicken too. A favorite around here.
