Panko Crusted Pork Chops

Just thought I would add them in here again for newbies, or for those who might have missed them before. I have added this to the 4 or 5 other pork chop recipes that we love, and they are in our regular rotation. I usually just turn the heat down to lo after browning on both sides, and put the lid on and cook them on the stove top, and they are awesome every time! : )
