In the fridge chillin' so it will be ready for lunch. Couldn't keep mother from diving in while it was still warm. Quadrupled the recipe and left out the garnish. Used Miracle Whip instead of mayo. No grumbling please.

Good salad. Like the way the tomatoes burst through with flavor.
This salad sets up nicely for some type of seafood: popcorn shrimp or bay scallops or tuna or salmon. Fetched mother a stalk of celery to go with.
