  Good pasta dish.
  I wouldn't exactly call the sauteed veggies a sauce.
  Ingredient list is a little nebulous. I used 1ea of the items without a numerical listing.
  Mother finished her plate before I mine.
  My "sauce" covers the pasta more fully than the authors.
