    This is super delicious and super easy to put together!
    The frozen cream cheese cups are like a cheesecake without the crust! Who needs the crust getting in the way anyways? Lol! This is a perfect summer dessert as well.
    I forgot to pick up a lemon so I used a tbsp. of cream and a tsp. of lemon extract. I put a dollop of lemon curd in the cup, topped with fresh berries; and because I had leftover cream I whipped that up to dollop on top. Out of this world good!
