    Pizza Stuffed Chicken
Really good! I think that this would go over big with kids. You could heat up some marinara sauce and put this on some spaghetti for something fancier - and a lot more filling! More on the recipe.

Nummy! I have so much basil in the garden so this appeals to me. I just finished eating dinner but if you passed this by me I'd be saying 'yes please'. :) If you were to leave this a little lighter and forego a spaghetti and marinara sauce I bet a Caprese salad would be lovely on the side. Nice pics. Bookmarked to try. Thanks Frankieanne.

This is a very kid friendly sounding recipe! It almost looks like yours and the recipe submitters chicken is coated lightly in bread crumbs for some reason?! Marinara sauce and spaghetti would be the perfect match :)

    hehe That's OK, ml2c. :)
This was nice. Chicken breasts are always kinda "meh" for me. I think dark meat has more flavor. The pepperoni helped jazz them up!
    Thanks, everyone. :)

    A good stuffed chicken recipe!
    Added 'shrooms to the stuffing.
Breaded using 2T flour and egg mixed up together.
Breading was a Parmesan/bread crumb mix.
Added a marinara sauce at the end with another 5 minutes bake.
Also used mozzarella instead of provolone because of the expense.

Technique tip: Instead of using toothpicks to hold the breast shut over the stuffing, close the top flap over and refrigerate for about 20 minutes while all else is getting ready. Flaps will stay in place while frying.

It's a stuffed chicken breast parmesan. My breasts were 1lb each with rib meat.
