Pleclare's Almost Escargot

    I loved this! I made a homemade bearnaise sauce http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Bearnaise-Sauce/Detail.aspx?prop31=1. I for some reason did not read about removing the stems and left them on but they were all pretty short so it worked out okay. Also used gruyere ;) Yummy!
