    Recipe by Magnus: Poached Chicken Breast With Tarragon
    This recipe is NOT recommended!
    There is not enough water in the pot to cover the chicken and therefore it did not heat up to a cooked temperature. Only 110F after processing!
    Used the smallest pot I could to get the water up on the chicken but at best only went half way.
    Will have to evaluate the broth after the fat is skimmed. I'm sure I'll end up boiling the broth to make sure it's safe to consume. Hopefully it has good flavor.

    Could easily see that water needs to be at least 4-5 cups, breast pieces are pretty big!
