This taste just like a jalapeno popper!! I wasn't sure if I was supposed to remove that blackened skin for the jalapeno, like you would do a poblano....so I did, which seemed fine... I've couldn't find smoked pepperjack (and didn't even know they made it!), so I just used regular. Very yummy sandwich Keni!!

I don't know that I have ever seen pepperjack cheese. I'll have to look. Its such a great picture.

Pepperjack cheese really isn't that spicy...even my daughter eats it and she's pretty sensitive to heat. If you don't think poblanos are too spicy a roasted one of those would be good too :) that's strange that you can handle the chipotles, even though they are't as spicy as jalapenos...I still feel like they put off a good amount of heat!
