This recipe is posted here by five different people. I think I counted five. Or six. Even Pleclare has this one posted. Not sure why I grabbed this one.
Anyway - I made this yesterday and took it to work today. Everyone that reported back to me loved it. Two people said it was really moist. They gave it five stars. The other person that reported in said he loved it, but he had to downgrade his rating as he felt the pieces were too small. I work with one smart alec. I don't know who ate the other pieces but its all gone. I myself loved it. It is really moist. The sugar on top was nice. By today, it was all kinda nice and gooey.

Thank you, ladies! It was tasty and very moist. I think it would be great with vanilla ice cream, ml2c. Good idea!
By the way - apparently Tina has a super human aversion to raspberries and asked me if I thought peaches would work. Yes, I do!!!

That looks delicious, Frankie! The peach version sounds good, too, or maybe a combination of both like peach melba? I see you have the same "problem" we do with the food around here because it keeps disappearing - LOL!

Thank you, Bakerme. Yeah, if I have leftovers, I just take them to work. One nice thing about working with a bunch of guys. :)
I always think raspberries and peaches go great together and think that combination would be wonderful here.
