Raspberry Buttermilk Cake
I took this to work today for the early Friday morning meeting bunch.
Not one crumb left.
I was lucky that I tasted one last night as it was gone right away.
It was a nice quick one to whip up and I will definitely make this again. I think even more than one cup of raspberries would work.
Super good and a lovely thick texture to it. Everyone raved about it.

Thank you, ladies! I've taken a few thing to the Friday morning bunch and I think this one got the best reviews of anything I've ever made. I still have some buttermilk. I should make up another one so I can have another piece. :)
