I don't know if this tastes like Red Lobster Shrimp Scampi or not. I chose it because it was baked. This was a good dinner. I could taste mostly butter, for some reason. I think it needs more garlic. Or something. Salt!, pso!! :D I served it over linguine. I'm full. :)

This sounds more like the dip for a lobster tail instead of a saute or bake liquid for shrimp. Back off on the butter by half, add half tsp salt, quarter tsp pepper, tbsp lemon juice, flat leaf parsley or cilantro. That should jazz it a little more.
You've made my shrimp scampi before with good result.

Yep, pso, yours got five stars - this only four. Although if its like Red Lobster, as ml2c says, I guess that would be Red Lobster's fault. :) I definitely missed the lemon juice. But I didn't feed any of it to the dog. Well, maybe just a bit of shrimp or two. :-D
