Roasted Sweet Potatoes And Vegetables With Thyme And Maple Syrup

I have made this recipe several times. I am the only one who enjoys sweet tatters so I sub in several white (what ever I have in the house) and it works great.

That sounds like a good Thanksgiving side dish. I like the maple syrup ingredient.

Hi Nadine, Thank you again for a great review. Much appreciated.
Frankie, I have linked and yes I think it makes a good thanksgiving and "Bah Humbug" Day side dish. I do on Bah humbug day every year. cheers

This sounds so good and I saved the recipe to my recipe box. I love sweet potatoes and eat them year 'round, so am always looking for new ways to fix them other than mashed or roasted by themselves. We like Christmas, but the overwhelming commercialization of it has pretty much made sure we're over it by the time it finally gets here.

Oh my gosh, Don, please don't call me BM! I don't know if the initials mean anything in Scotland or Spain, but over here they stand for bowel movement!!! If you have to shorten my name, baker works for me :)
