When this recipe first posted, I knew instantly I had to try it. It did not disappoint. My only recommendation is to make the salsa at the very last minute or you won’t have any left before dinner. It is soooo good! I couldn’t stay out of it! I could easily see myself just making the salsa and eating with chips. Thank you Chuckieb!

Thanks everyone! Fantastic recipe! I should add that I used sockeye salmon. It has a different color and texture than other types of salmon.
