Salmon With Chipotle Honey Butter Glaze
Any recipe that has salmon and honey as ingredients is gonna get made in this house! This was no exception. I absolutely loved it. More on the recipe.

Well, I just happened to come upon some salmon while digging in my freezer this morning and remembered this. I knew I would need something easy tonight after a "Monday/Tuesday all in one work day after the long weekend" kind of a day. :)

Thanks for trying this F.A. That was fast. Im glad you liked it. Its a quick and simple dish with few ingredients. Your pics looks great. Thanks for adding them, Especially the one showing what I tried to get across with the foil. I didnt think to take a pic of that when I did it
You didnt cut back on the chipotle at all other than halving it?

Mom, I looked many times and never found chipotle powder. Luckily a friend found it and bought me one. Its already half gone, tho.... Gonna have to start bringing my glasses when I shop. Maybe I will have better luck finding it : D

No, I didn't cut it, MrP. It wasn't overpowering at all. I think I could have managed some more even! :)

Just happened to make a different dish today that required chipotle chili powder. It's difficult to find here too. Subbed half regular chili powder and half smoked paprika after reading the definition of chipotle chili powder. It might be close to the chipotle chili powder flavors.

It would be a good sub, P7O...especially for those who don't like much heat because chipotle would have a lil more heat than regular chili but yes, it is smokey, so that should be good. :)
