    This was absolutely delicious. My first saltimbocca. I think a cold one of these would be great on a toasted bun with some honey dijon. Which will probably be my lunch tomorrow. :-)

    I like trying new things, too, but my husband likes the same familiar dishes, so I don't get a chance to experiment often. Now that I've had to change my diet a bit, he's getting better and, luckily, likes the new things I've made, so there's hope yet! :)

    I've made Veal Saltimbocca before but it didn't call for cheese. This looks scrumptious.
