    Saucy Country Style Oven Ribs
This was not a good weeknight-after-work recipe. I don't know what I was thinking. I was starving by the time these got done. And I had even boiled the ribs the night before! But - these are sooo good! I was wondering about the long cook time but not after I tried one of these. The sauce got all thick and sticky and its delicious. I had two pounds of ribs but I didn't cut the sauce ingredients in half - only the cider vinegar. I was glad I did that! Very tasty but if I make these again it will be on a weekend.

LOL on not a good weeknight-after-work recipe Frankieanne! I should say!!! Rick does ribs in the oven then throws them on the grill for added flavor..it does take hours for ribs, otherwise they wouldn't be tender..beautiful pic! I'm going to show this recipe to my better half, he might want to try it next time he's in the mood for ribs:)

I love horseradish, too, Chuckie. In fact, its the one thing I didn't measure. I just dumped some in. :) They are good ribs, Marie!

There is so many ingredients to that sauce its hard to tell what you're tasting! I don't think more would hurt though. I think if I make these again I'll leave out the vinegar. For some reason, I can always taste that stuff above anything else!

Frankieanne, is this a good recipe to cook the night before I want to serve it?
I don't have horseradish at the moment. Would you say it is a crucial ingredient?

I would say from the looks of the recipe that you could leave it out. I don't really remember these that well! haha I do see I wrote that I couldn't taste the horseradish very much so I doubt that leaving it out would matter too much.

These were good, like REALLY good! It's probably good that you cut the vinegar in half FA because these were super tangy. We liked it though, and we are a vinegar loving family :) I was excited to boil these since we love this recipe so much Oh My God Ribs Bri had SECONDS, which say's a lot. I served these over zucchini noodles to catch all the extra yummy sauce :)

Those zucchini noodles look good! That is a good idea! Yes, it does look like that pan needs a good soaking. :) Glad I ended up cutting that vinegar down.

We love zucchini noodles. Getting a nice spiralizer for Christmas so I don't have to kill myself with my little hand held one anymore :) Lol I fixed my review on the recipe that said "Fall apart dinner" to "Fall apart tender". LOL!
