Oh yeah, this is good chicken. I had to sub lime juice for the lemon. Good stuff...my sis who doesn't care for dark meat had 2 pieces! I took the juices and made a yummy gravy to go over the chicken and mashed potatoes. And I didn't get a pic cuz I left it in the oven just a couple minutes too long and my skin was too dark...but still very good.
