Savory Chicken

    I was going through my bookmarks and looking for recipes I saved when I first joined this site, and those most popular and chose to make this one.
    This is a simple recipe with great flavor! I marinated my chicken for a couple hours. I did end up covering it for the last 15 minutes of cooking b/c the skin was getting very crispy & I didn't want it to burn. Though it was dark it was perfectly crisp and didn't taste too charred. I will surely be making this again. Though it was kind of a hard clean-up with the pan due to the sticky charred drippings, it was worth it.

    I remember making that. I think I had a hard time with the pan as well. Maybe its just me, but I think when baking chicken that 350F is plenty. 350F for one hour gets cut up chicken done just fine, in my opinion. I think that 400 combined with the honey is a bit much. Looks like a delicious meal, DT!
