Slow Cooker Philly Steak Sandwich Meat

These were very tasty and so simple.

I left a full review on the recipe. I'm sure I added quite a bit more of the spices and extras than intended, but that's a taste thing. :-)

As I mentioned on the recipe, if you leave this just a short time too long, it will "Shred" on it's own and you'll lose the slices. Doesn't matter, the taste is still fantastic, it just isn't as pretty.

Broiled them open faced, as directed, and used Muenster cheese

Served with seasoned fries with a dipping sauce of mayo, sriracha and spicy brown mayo

There are a lot of flavorful ingredients in that one! It looks fantastic! I like the sound of that dipping sauce, too. Nice idea about when to add the peppers, too.

Yum...that sure looks good!! Wonder if I could just leave the Jim Beam out and use some home brewed dark beer. Love the spices in this!

Sorry, I had to edit... I did use fresh herbs and JD, here, too....

It looks like a lotta subs, but it's really not changing the recipe up, at all. I just have and use fresh ingredients and don't have as many dry... not the recipe's fault! :)

I'm glad you enjoyed this. It's funny, in your recipes I have to sub in my dry cause I lack the fresh.
