    A good mac n cheese recipe.
    I guarantee one thing, the headliner pic is not whole wheat. Be that as it may, I'm not enamored with whole wheat pastas anyhu.
    My first silk tofu recipe. Like the way it cuts the sharpness of the cheese but not so much the flavor. Found some 6 year old cheese to use.
    Recipe comes out exactly to spec although my portion sizes were more like a pound.
    Cheese was white. Used the chopped tomato to give a visual burst.
    Mother does not request ground pepper hardly at all but on this occasion did.
    I like the flavor straight up but would not object to some S&P

    Not too many ingredients, which is nice. I've only had tofu once - grilled on a bbq - about 20 years ago. I didn't impress me much and I haven't had it since. Nice colorful add with the tomatoes, pso.

    It should add some flavour and would be about the right texture. I also saw a similar recipe on a cooking program with Chef Micheal Smith, when he went to a special Vegan Resort. Even he was surprised at how good it was!

    The thing about tofu is it's basically tasteless so it works well in recipes like mac & cheese and I bet it would be pretty great in the Chocolate Mousse recipe as well Joce! I don't use it much, but like that it's a healthier option..now I want to try some tofu recipes:)

    Here we are again at 12.3oz! I can only get 1lb containers. But it looks like that mousse recipe is easy to convert. I'll give it a go if you don't get to it first.
    The whole wheat pasta is too chewy no matter how long one boils it.
