    Recipe by Keni: Sloppy Giuseppes/saved
It's a good recipe but it's missing a little snap for me. Maybe a little more vinegar will do it.
Think the instructions need to say to drain grease from the ground meat after initial saute.
Have some asiago cheese but forgot to use it. Guess I'll just have to make another one. Made rye buns using Hamburger Buns

This sounds rather tasty to me, P... but like you, I know I'd be draining the meat. By doing that, it might put some of the snap back into it. If not, maybe a dash of hot sauce could do the trick.

I usually add a pinch or two of red pepper flakes to my sauce, it kicks it up a notch:)
    Very nice picture Points!

Kenis' combo of ground venison and home grown beef that she usually uses probably doesn't need draining. I'll bet she has totally forgotten that meat may need draining!
These look good although I do have to admit that I'm surprised they don't have Keni's usual kick - like a chipotle pepper. :-P
All this talk about Sloppy Joes lately. I haven't had them in years! I may have to cook something up this weekend. My mom cooked for me all this last week when I stayed with her.
