Slow Cooker Irish Stew

It's all good! Added salt. Surprised there was absolutely no salt in this recipe.
Served it up with Tasty Wheat Buns and Colcannon
Cooked in 8 hours. Added corn starch instead of flour as a thickener. It has 4 times the thickening power and doesn't leave the dish tasting like raw flour.

I looked at that recipe last week and I thought it looked really good. I'm a huge fan of lamb. Did you find cubed up lamb or did you have to buy a piece and cube it up yourself? Also, did you use low sodium beef broth? I'm thinking that perhaps the regular broth may add the salt needed.

Used bouillon. Found a boneless leg ham. Trimmed and cubed myself. Rinsed and patted dry before adding the flour for better adhesion.
