    Recipe by Luisascatering: Soft White Buttermilk Bread
    A nice white soft loaf. It got destroyed in one sitting.
    Used powdered buttermilk.
    Wasn't sure if there was enough dough to make 2 small loaves but there was too much there for one 9x5 loaf. So I did a free form round loaf.
    Everything turned out well. Finally found a dough that I could tell had a nice gluten formation while kneading.
