Southern Peanut Brittle

A recipe from Chefjeb Southern Peanut Brittle/saved

This is a very good peanut brittle! I followed the recipe to a "T", but I just might add a little vanilla next time I make this ..I have always added vanilla when making peanut brittle, but this recipe didn't have it as an ingredient:) I didn't notice the peanuts "popping" so I cooked until 295 degrees... ALSO, remember to stir often while the peanuts are cooking (they cook aprox 15 mins), otherwise they may burn. The hardest part of making this is of course the cleaning on the pan and utensils! Thanks for sharing Chefjeb:)
