A recipe from Debra47 Speedy Cheesecake Pie

I wanted to make something special for dessert, but at the same time wanted something easy:) This fit the bill, it's a good cheesecake "pie" recipe, and we loved the sour cream topping:) I used a ready made graham cracker crust ( now that's easy!) and baked for 35 minutes. Very yummy!

Great! And it is a much smaller cheesecake than when using a springform pan..only 1 package of cream cheese..so that worked out well for us:) The NY cheesecake I made of Tina's was to die for, but it's a BIG one!!! Rick was eating his BD cheesecake for quite a while! LOL
