    Sticky Baked Chicken Thighs

A definite keeper recipe. I did however, cut down on the honey by a 1/4 cup. (Didn't want to use up all I had. ) Also instead of Tobasco, I used Sriracha Rooster sauce and will probably double up on that next time. Kids liked it and was good over rice. :) I probably could have trimmed up the meat a bit better. Was feeling lazy and didn't get all of the fat off....lol

This looks like a good recipe Mrtnzangel8 and really sounds great over rice. I would use sriracha sauce instead, also. Thanks for the heads up

Yummy!!! I have been cooking with chicken thighs more lately. I've always loved the flavor I just hate how time consuming and difficult it can be to get all that fat off! I have been less lazy lately, so I'm saving this one to try soon! Thanks!

Dinner tonight. When I got into my freezer today I only found two thighs! Darn! I cut the sauce ingredients in half and knew I would have lots left so I made some rice. I thought this was delicious and wish I had more thighs. I added my picture to the recipe. Thanks for putting this one here mrtnzangel. P.S. Definitely, definitely line your pan with foil!

Okay, I'm the only weirdo that uses sriracha on everything and I do mean everything..(even chocolate ice cream, don't knock it til you try it) I have two recipes I have to try now Sticky Baked Chicken Thighs and JustJakesmom version of Sriracha grilled chicken. Which one to do first....these decisions are the fun ones to make!!!

Looking for a recipe for thighs and came across this one I've been meaning to make! Wow that sauce is pretty fantastic and perfect over rice. I made the horrible mistake though of not baking the thighs in a small enough dish and all the sauce on the outside burned. Oh well though we salvaged just enough ;) Thanks for this recipe suggestion!

I think my sauce burned a bit on the edges, too, ml2c. That's a great sauce! Makes me hungry thinking about it. :)

You really just need to find a dish that fits them perfectly. I have pretty much every shaped pan lol and I still used one of my biggest for some reason. Now I know....

Just so you know, skinning and deboning the thighs takes off just less than half the weight.

Took the suggestions and fit the thighs in a 7x11 dish.
It came out very liquidy. See pic on recipe page. I think the 9x13 is to help the liquid evaporate and make a sticky coating on the thighs.
    Flavor is good.
I'll make it in a 9x13 next time. You guys will have to watch the oven more closely to keep stuff from singing around the edges.

I never thought about there being too much liquid in a smaller pan. I just kept thinking about my poor burnt pan lol! Glad you did like it, use a liner in that 9x13 if you make it again!!

I remember this one. A good one and definitely one for foiling the pan!
