Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place chicken in a foil-lined 9x13 inch baking dish
  • Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray, or use the foil that has a no-stick side(love it)
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan
  • Bring to a boil, stirring often
  • Reduce heat and continue cooking until it thickens up a bit
  • Pour over the chicken and bake for about an hour until the sauce is caramelized

    This was delicious! Since I like to use as little oil as possible, next time I make it, I will use just under 1 T. I felt I had more than enough oil in it this time. Also, was I to cover it part of the time? The directions did not indicate, so I guessed. :-p Thanks for posting this!

    I just made these for our finger food Sunday at church.. Awesome!!! I think I don't think I had enough chicken for the sauce, but removed it from the sauce and boiled it to brown it up.. Yummy!!! So a 10 forks or stars....

    I loved this sauce! I was happy I had extra for the rice I had made. The thighs I had were small and I cooked them at 350F for 50 minutes and it was plenty. Added my picture. Thanks for the great recipe! More in the IMI thread

    well the recipe says tobassco and cornstarch i wouldn't use either i would just use the honey to add that sweet flavour then i would add some curry to spice it up
