Succulent Country Ribs

My family liked these a lot more than I did. I thought they were too salty/soy saucy. I even use low sodium soy sauce. They weren't horrible by any means, just not the flavor I was expecting. My family on the other hand loved them and were licking their fingers, even Caiden, the picky one :) My cast iron braiser was not as hard to get clean as it looks lol! 3 stars from me, 5 from the family so the recipe get's 4 stars :)

Well, at least we know the "real" rating here in IMI:-) Great that your family liked the ribs! Do you think you would like this better if less soy sauce was used? Even low sodium soy sauce is really salty to me...:)

The ribs certainly look delicious Michelle! Too bad you didn't care for them as much as the rest of the family. The recipe really reminded me of my Grandma's Rib recipe as it too calls for mustard, ketchup and soya sauce but only a tbsp. of soya sauce.

That recipe looks good, but (personally) I would like more brown sugar and less soy. As in Janet's Grandma's recipe. Which were totally yummy. I love my picture on that one. Makes me hungry.
Ouch. Patting myself on the back hurts my elbow! :-)

I agree, less soy and more brown sugar would probably be the answer. Hey, I have your Grandma's recipe saved Janet! Frankie's pic is making me want to make this one now :)
