Recipe by Phwriter11: Svenska Kttbullar Swedish Meatballs/saved
This is a Swedish meatball recipe. Lots of good flavor and I'm sure there would be more if I had remembered to put in the onion. It's still setting in the food processor. : (
Recipe made 14 meatballs in my big meat hooks.
Served it up with a Thyme Cream Sauce which had a DIY Boursin Cheese.
It all came together wonderfully. Cream sauce was thick and luxurious on the lips. I wasn't to upbeat on the Boursin cheese recipe but all put together in this dish....YUM.

It's a pound each, for 2 lbs total.
Actually 2.2 lbs but I wouldn't quibble over that extra10%.

Next time you are converting try Googling: "convert 1kg to 1lb" or whatever parameter you would like to convert.

Having another senior moment, pso? :)
Those meatballs look delicious and easy, too. Your sauce looks great on them. At least you have found some ways to use up that Boursin cheese.
