Recipe by Misslionheart: Tomato Pork Loin Chops/saved
A well flavored chop recipe. I didn't add salt per the doctor and it sure needs some.
I cut back to half the chili and red pepper amounts and it was just fine by me.
Used 1 3/4" chops and didn't flatten them. They came done to 140F at the covered 10 minute mark. Don't see how pounded flat chops could help from being over done at the covered 10 minute mark or any more additional cooking.
Plated it with Pa Dutch Old Fashioned Green Beans And Bacon which is also very tasty. Maybe it has something to do with all the bacon in the dish.
Used snapped green beans and lima beans from last years garden.

I love the sound of that sauce on the chops!

Bacon and green beans seem to just go together..!

That sauce looks like it would go great with some rice. Those beans remind me of the way my mom used to cook green beans when I was a kid. Looks delicious, pso.
