Tony Romas Baby Back Ribs

The bigger question is, why have I never tried to make ribs before.

Have to have pretty deft control over a pair of tongs to move these slabs around without breaking up.

I only hope the rest of the ribs recipes I have selected, turn out as well.

    Added some pics.

I have never tried to make them either. I saved the recipe, but since my grill is covered by 2 feet of snow I don't see myself making them anytime soon. Have a rib for me Points ;)...They look yummy...

Make them in the oven. The house smells incredible. Makes you really hungry.

Added different link to this string because of trouble with existing link. Tony Romas Baby Back Ribs/saved
Recipe turned out exactly to spec. Cut the ribs into serving size pieces for better handling when xfering.
    Mother devoured it all.
Used oven broiler instead of outside grill.

Those look fabulous, pso. I like the sound of that sauce although I've never seen dark corn syrup but then again I've never looked for it. Nice to know the broiler works, too.
