Turkey Club Burgers with Bacon and Swiss Cheese

    I made Sparow64's Turkey Club Burgers last night for dinner. I'd never made a Turkey Burger before. While I was frying them in the pan I was a bit worried they'd be dry as the patty was very dense. Turkey....dry....right? I did not add the Bacon and I used a regular Cheddar Cheese slice. THEY WERE WONDERFUL! As I was telling everyone on ODD, I'd got home to find I didn't have any Hamburger buns, only Hot Dog Buns, so ended up shaping the patty into a rectangle. They were delicious, moist and flavourful. I will so totally make this again. Thanks Lori!
