Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine by hand in large mixing bowl: Turkey, bread crumbs, dry italian dressing mix, celery flakes, worcestershire, red pepper flakes, parmesan, and white pepper
  • Mix together and form into 6 large patties
  • Place in hot skillet, or on grill pan (or grill) brown each side, then turn skillet on low and cover, cook about 12 more minutes
  • While patties are cooking, fry bacon and drain (I use the foreman grill for easier clean-up); then break slices in half
  • Melt butter and brush on insides of buns and place under broiler for a couple of minutes (or on grill pan, etc)
  • When patties are done, top with slice of swiss cheese and cover allowing cheese to melt
  • Spred bun with mayo and mustard, top each burger with lettuce, tomato and onion as desired

Looks wonderful. I use my George Foreman to cook bacon sometimes, too. Nice recipe! I'm saving it. Thanks!
