Turkey Club Burgers with Bacon and Swiss Cheese

- 1.5 lbs ground turkey shopping list
- 3/4 c Italian bread crumbs (or more if needed for texture) shopping list
- 1 pkg dry Italian dressing mix shopping list
- 2 T celery flakes shopping list
- 2 T white wine Worcestershire, or Lea and Perrins chicken marinade shopping list
- Dash red pepper flakes (more if you like) shopping list
- 1/2 c grated parmesan shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- 8-10 slices thick cut peppered bacon (or turkey bacon) shopping list
- 6 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 sandwich buns (your fave) shopping list
- 3 T melted butter or margarine shopping list
- romaine lettuce shopping list
- Sliced tomato shopping list
- Thin sliced red onion shopping list
- Mayo shopping list
- spicy mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Combine by hand in large mixing bowl: Turkey, bread crumbs, dry italian dressing mix, celery flakes, worcestershire, red pepper flakes, parmesan, and white pepper
- Mix together and form into 6 large patties
- Place in hot skillet, or on grill pan (or grill) brown each side, then turn skillet on low and cover, cook about 12 more minutes
- While patties are cooking, fry bacon and drain (I use the foreman grill for easier clean-up); then break slices in half
- Melt butter and brush on insides of buns and place under broiler for a couple of minutes (or on grill pan, etc)
- When patties are done, top with slice of swiss cheese and cover allowing cheese to melt
- Spred bun with mayo and mustard, top each burger with lettuce, tomato and onion as desired

HI! Thanks for the recipe turkey bacon swiss, I love hamburgers, but am trying to modify my diet somewhat can't wait, I will probably use this n the summer alot! HIGH FIVE!:)
