    Spinach Vegetarian Lasagna/saved

    This was very good!
I made my own pasta, so skipped the first step of the recipe. Also made my own alfredo sauce: in a blender mix 1 package cream cheese, 1 small clove of garlic, 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup cream, 1 cup parmesan, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt and pepper to taste (watch out the salt content of the parmesan you use) - blend well, transfer to a saucepan and stir on medium heat until it gets a smooth consistency.

I'll make this more often. I think next time I'll use white sauce instead of the alfredo and add smoked salmon to the spinach. It won't be vegetarian anymore though..... :)

Frankieanne, making pasta is really easy as long as you have a food processor and a pasta roller. I have to say it was money well spent. After you taste home made pasta you don't want to go back, I promise you! :)
I used half of this recipe Homemade Pasta

I've never made and I've never eaten fresh, homemade pasta. Something else to put on my food list!
