Had this for dinner tonight with garlic bread. We just got over being sick and needed something simple and easy. (Plus it was my birthday and I prefer vegetarian honestly so that's what I got hehe) Took the kids portions out then added the chopped (frozen) jalapenos for the hubs and I. Kinda glad it was a mild one this time. Swiss chard is a great veggie.. nice pasta dish!

Hey MP.... it's just a blend of herbs from that territory... usually basil, thyme, fennel and I think sometimes your favorite...lavender ;-)

Hey Keni. Oh great........ Lavender.......... I still remember that stuff........not a bad memory tho. You keep the lavender, I'll keep the soy sauce : )

I dont think herbs de Provence will be found on my shelves : P

I don't use it, either... I just combine mine own to get the flavors. And, I usually leave out that lavender. You should have left that bunch of lavender on your desk instead of moving it into your kitchen! ;-)

I had to bring it home to try it on a recipe, SA : ). Besides, I think it smells better in a kitchen than it does in my office. Not as out of place

Exactly why it should have stayed :)

And, yes, I'm a smart ass. It's one reason you tolerate me.

I actually have a huge bag of the stuff from myspicesage.com....I don't have the energy anymore to make my own stuff, so the premade is good for me, little one gets up at 4am. I'm dying!! But we like the stuff!!

Ha ha I just realized I said I prefer vegetarian and this had bacon...lol! To my family if it's not a big hunk of beef or chicken, it doesn't count as a meal with meat :)
