Beth, I love everything but the Cucumber salad. There are few things I don't like but cucumbers happen to be one of them. You maybe have an alternative?

OH, I did serve cottage cheese with chives in my meal, but felt that making up a recipe for it was a bit on the pitiful side. Cottage, add chives, serve was more pitiful than making up a recipe for the green beans, which I did! LOL

Doug, one more thing...you haven't tried MY cucumbers! Our garden cukes are NOT the store cukes. These are GOOD. It might have something to do with burpless plus my guinea pigs making donations to their favorite cause; cucumbers. Some things out of the garden are just so much better than store bought and our cukes are a prime example. YUMMMMM
