This is an interesting menu. I love cornish hens, and I have a particular stuffing I prefer of bulgar wheat that has cooked in chicken stock with reconstituted raisins, almonds, cinnamon, and allspice. It is an Egyptian combination from the great Claudia Roden. The French Kiss, though delicious, will knock your socks off - the combination of orange and chocolate is too good to miss.
