A Louisiana Girls Southern Delight Menu

If I had to pick a last meal this would be it! I love the flavors of this menu. First the Red bean and dumpling soup is a twist on Louisiana's red beans and rice, next the Swamp Chicken is a beautiful and delicious dish with many great ingredients all in one dish, the two sides I chose are the garlic green beans which are light yet so full of flavor and the quick garlic slices are easy and light. Lastly, my all time favorite dessert, Pineapple bread pudding which is a delicate dessert with a wonderful bourbon sauce that leaves you licking the plate clean. I finish off my menu with a great cup of coffee, Cafe Au Lait! Hope you enjoy this Louisiana menu!
