These dishes were similar to our last cooking club meeting. The only actual recipe was the one that I made which was the Salpicao chicken salad which earned a bronze. I used the marinade from this recipe, but improvised and modified quite a bit and the salad was superb! Wish I could enter it here without typing the whole thing out again.
