I didn't intend to add that tomato aspic I meant to have that as "Fried Sweet Potatoes Golden Hills Way" thus keeping the menu more Kentucky/Southern regional. so search for Fried Sweet Potatoes Golden Hills Way. But, then Tomato Aspic is good too =P

Thanks so much, now all I have to do is track down some glasses and develop a taste for Mint Juleps! This is amazing, wish you were here and could join us ; )

Shoulda known it, he's from Louisville.. :) Only things missing might be Mini Country Ham Biscuits, maybe Mini Hot Browns. But this looks good. Ohh.. one other historical Louisville item, Benedictine.

Hi - Had the derby party last night, it was a hoot. We used about half of the menue lited here and it was great. Stuffed mushrooms, broccoli Cassarole, mint julips and the derby pie. Thanks for your help on this, it all came out great!
