My Caprese recipe, Shrimp cocktail,(buy frozen, deveined, peeled, it's the same as they sell), thaw it in water while you do the caprese. Buy cheese/ meat from salad bar, serve with toothpicks and mustard. An instant full course meal or appetizer w/o cooking.
