How to make it

  • Place shredded cheddar into a large mixing bowl. Add crumbled
  • Roquefort.
  • Press garlic into bowl. Add 1/2 cup of the cola. Add margarine,
  • onion,
  • Worcestershire, dry mustard, salt and Tabasco. Beat at low speed
  • until
  • blended. Gradually add the remaining Coke; beat on high until
  • fairly smooth
  • and light.
  • Pack in a covered container. Chill a few hours or overnight. Dip
  • keeps
  • well for a week or more. Makes about 3 cups.
