Carrot Ball Appetizers

Easy, and delicious, try them for your next party. Make sure you use sweet carrots for best taste. Sometimes I add a bit of honey to the recipe. Truely a different but delcious appetizer
Ingredients
- . shopping list
- 2 medium sweet carrots coarse grated shopping list
- bit of honey if desired shopping list
- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts shopping list
- fresh parsley chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mash carrots into the cream cheese.
- Roll in one inch balls.
- Combine nuts and parsley.
- Roll in carrot balls to coat .
- Chill well and serve.
