Ingredients

1 cup ketchup

1 1/2 cup brown sugar

2/3 cup vinegar

1/2 cup water, potato water or broth

2 tbsp cornstarch

Mix cornstarch in water

Directions

Mix cornstarch in water~

add to ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar

Stir till thickened

Add Chicken to sauce, pinepple, green pepper and tomatoes which have been cut in wedges. Simmer 10 minutes more.

Serve with rice.
