This is basically the classic Eggs Benedict but with smoked salmon instead of the Canadian bacon. I add capers and fresh dill at the end to brighten it up a bit.

That is one good lookin' breakfast (or dinner, since we like to have breakfast for dinner sometimes). We love smoked salmon and I'm sure this will be delicious - thanks for your tip on the sauce, too!
PS - love the addition of capers and dill, too...flavorful and pretty.
