Ozark Blueberry Pie Recipe

	Ladychablis / All my dishes 3 months ago could be my favorite pie. [could be !] need 2 crusts, I'm sure you have your own favorite one. Prep:10m Cook:40m Servings:8	Ladychablis
	blueberry orange zest

Ingredients

1 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce

1/3 C brwn sugar

1/4 C sugar

2 T flour

2T cornstarch

2T orange juice

3/4 T grated orange peel

1/4 t salt

2 C fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions

mix first 8 ingredients

stir in blue berries

put in bottom crust

top with top crust

Brush with beaten egg white , if desired

bake 425 degrees for 40 min, till done
